Box 758 Greeley, CO 80632 RE: Public Hearing to consider the Rieder Property Annexation 1-5 and Zoning including the right of way for Weld County Road 7 North from Leon A. Wurl Parkway(WCR 8)to Weld County Road 12 to be held by the Erie Planning Commission on Tuesday,April 20, 1999 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers, Erie Town Hall, 645 Holbrook Street Gentlemen : Please be advised that the Erie Planning Commission has set a public hearing to receive a presentation and accept public comment regarding the Rieder Property Annexation 1-5 and Zoning to be held Tuesday, April 20, 1999 at 7:00 pm in the Erie Town Hall Council Chambers, 645 Holbrook Street. Following the presentation and public comment, it is the intention of the Commission to continue the public hearing to allow time for the Town to consider amendment of the Erie Comprehensive Plan prior to acting on this annexation and zoning. Notice will be given and a detailed annexation impact statement and related information will be made available prior to resumption of the continued hearing. This letter is to be considered your notice of the above referenced public hearing. We are sending you this notice as an adjacent property owner or referral agency of the Town. Enclosed is a copy of the location map for the property. Copies of the application, including supplemental material, for this annexation and zoning are on file and available for public inspection in the Community Development Office, at the Erie Town Hall, 645 Holbrook, Erie, Colorado.
