COLORADO fail IR mEmoaAnuum Todd Hodges, Current Planner To From Don Carroll, Project Coordinator Subject: USR-1096, Sharon Parrill Date September 13, 1995 Todd Hodges, Current Planner at Weld County, and I visit the site on September 8, 1995. The site is split between Laramie County, Wyoming, and Weld County, Colorado, with a proposed restaurant on the Wyoming side and a proposed Lottery Sales and Gift Shop on the Colorado side. The access to the site is on the Wyoming side. I would like to have the applicant place on the mylar a typical cross section of the emergency service road. Showing on the mylar also should be the proposed drive width and depth of the gravel or asphalt proposed. On the Weld County side, I would like the applicant to place on the mylar the finished grade of the gravel parking lot directly south of the Lottery Sales and Gift Shop area. This area appears to be very steep. Excessive dirt work will be required at this location. cc: Commissioner Webster USR-1096 file :plan l.dc Y"M SEP P 1 5 1995 952°00 FEB-27-1900 16:59 P.01 WilDe COLOR ADO August 29. 1995 Sharon Parrill P.O. Fax* Dear Ms. Parrill; This letter is to confirm our conversation today regarding the connection of the gift shop sewer line to the individual sewage disposal system servicing the restaurant- The gift shop is located on the Colorado side of the state line and the restaurant and septic system are located on the Wyoming side of the Colorado - Wyoming border. This Department has no objection to the connection of the gift shop to the individual sewage disposal system as long as the structures and septic system are on the same property. The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment has been consulted and is of the same opinion. Should you have any further questions, please contact me at (970) 353-0635, extension 2238.
