The parcel of land is described as located in the N2 SE4 of Section 18, T2N, R67W of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado. The location of the parcel of land for which this application has been submitted is approximately 1/4 mile west of Weld County Road 15; approximately 1/4 mile north of Weld County Road 20.
