The Board having carefully considered the report of the viewers herein,as well as the objections made thereto,and finding the report correct as to
form,and believing the public good requires the laying out of the road as recommended by the viewer.,it was on motion ordered that the report be approved
and adopted,and the road therein described and recommended by the viewers he and is hereby declared a public highway. The Clerk is directed to record
the report,plat the road,draw warrants in favor of parties for damages awarded,and cause notices to be posted of opening of said road,and notify the
Read Overseer of proper District to open the same to travel its sixty days as required by low.

OPENING OF PUBLIC ROAD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County Commissioners of the County of
Weld will in sixty days from 0.1117 7, 19'? direct the proper officer to open
and work, as a public highway,the road prayed for in a petition filed at the office
of said Commissioners on the 16th day of May A D., 19.24, said
road being described as follows, to-wit: - - -
Beginning at: the S. R. corner of Section 33, Twp. 10, Range 61;
thence beet two (2) miles tithe S. k9. owner of Section 32; thence
North throe (3) miles to the N. 0. Corner of Section 20, acme Tap.
and Range.
And the said Commissioners do hereby declare the said line to be a public

Notice is hereb3;.given'that in pursuance of a petition heretofore pre-
sented to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, the said
Commissioners have appointed,three Road Viewers _to meet at point
named below, at 1 fi v0 o'clock ` P M.,on the 21st day
of June ,A.D.,19.?.., and proceed thence to view the line prayed
for in said petition;as.follows,to-wit:
Commencing at the S. corner of.Section 33, Trap. 10, .Range 61,
thence/Vest two piles to the S. O. corner of Section 32; thence
Newth three miles to the' N. W. canner or Section 20, came Tap.
and Range.

and to attend to such other duties as are required of them as viewers of
said proposed road,at which time and place all whom it may concern may,
if they see fit, appear.

GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the "
public require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at
the S,E.Corner or eotit3n 33, Tp. 19 range 61, thence West two miles to the
Sw corner of sec. - 32; thence North three miles to the N.W.00rner;,of sect 20, is
same township. and range .

We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road as above described;.. '; '
and we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, in consideration of the sum of
' one dollar to us each and severally in hand paid by the said County of Weld
he receipt of which, is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereb a rees to give
he right of way through,our (lands as shown, by the plat accompanying this petition, and relinquis claims for
