RE: APPROVE TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT FOR SALE AND PURCHASE OF REAL
ESTATE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Termination of Agreement for Sale
and Purchase of Real Estate between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, and Vatos, LLC, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said Termination of
Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Termination of Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Real Estate
between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, and Vatos, LLC, be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said Termination of Agreement.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 12th day of June, A.D., 1995.

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT FOR SALE AND PURCHASE OF REAL ESTATE
THIS TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT is made this ,2 % day of May, 1995 by and
between the County of Weld, a body corporate and politic in the State of Colorado, by and through
the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, whose address is 915 Tenth Street,
Greeley, Colorado 80631, hereinafter referred to as "County," and Vatos, L.L.C., whose address is
1305 Eighth Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631, hereinafter referred to as "Vatos."
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, on December 31, 1994, County and Vatos entered into an agreement for the sale
and purchase of certain real estate located in Weld County's North Business Park, with a copy of
said agreement being attached hereto, and
WHEREAS, for various business reasons Vatos does not wish to pursue the purchase of said
real estate and County does not wish to pursue said sale, and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto agree that it is in their mutual best interests to terminate said
Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Real Estate.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto, County and Vatos, hereby agree to terminate their
Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Real Estate dated December 31, 1994, a copy of which is
attached hereto, as of the date of the signing of this Termination as set forth below.
