In reviewing their application to renew their liquor license, they requested that I investigate the possibility of a very limited extension of business hours during the upcoming holidays. The extensions they are requesting would be for Christmas Eve and New Years' Eve only from 12:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. This request represents two two-hour extensions of business hours. Pursuant to your recent telephone conversations with my office, we would very much appreciate it if you would forward this request to the Weld County Commissioners and advise us, in writing, of their decision at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, = r /4 Charles E. 1 line Attorney at La cc: Helen a Isauro Chavez CEK\dsm Nca c c .. rn.._wD :-.yi o 952503 Hello
