REAL PROPERTY SOLD TO ALBERT AND ALLAN RENFRO:
Commissioner Glenn Billings offered the following resolution and
moved its adoption.
WHEREAS, Weld County, Colorado, has acquired and is the owner of the
following described real estate, duly recorded in the records of the County Clerk
and Recorder of the County of Weld, State of Colorado, as follows; to -wits

Reception Description
WHEREAS, said property has been duly advertised for sale at public
auction, excepting therefrom the reservations in the United States Patent and
existing reservoir sites and irrigation ditches, if any, existing rights -of -way
for public highways and roads, and any and all existing easements of rights -
of -way, however, evidenced and acquired, and subject to existing leases, and
excepting therefrom all oil, gas and other minerals therein or thereunder,
together with the right to prospect for and remove the same; and all County
owned structures, if any, on said property, and all property used for County
purposes; and
WHEREAS, Albert and Allan Renfro of Greeley, Colorado, bid $36.80 as
the purchase price for said property and being the highest and best bidder, said
property was sold.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Francis M. Loustalet, County
Treasurer, be and he is hereby constit and appointed as Commissioner for
Weld County, Colorado, and is hereby ordered to convey without covenants of warrantr
to Albert and Allan Renfro, the property more particularly described as follows;
to -wit:
Lots 18-19, Block 2, Nunn
excepting therefrom the reservations in favor of the Union Pacific Railroad Company;
and excepting therefrom the reservations in the United States Patent and existing
reservoir sites and irrigation ditches; if any, existing rights -of -way, however,
evidenced or acquired, and subject to existing leases; and excepting therefrom all
oil, gas and other minerals therein or thereunder, together with the right to
prospect for and remove the same; and all County owned structures, if any, on
said property; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that as to such conveyance, Francis M. Loustalet
is authorized to affix the seal of Weld County and said conveyance shall have the
effect to transfer to said Albert and Allan Renfro of Greeley, Colorado, all right
and interest which Weld County has in and to the above described property subject to
the exception and reservations hereinabove mentioned or referred to. Weld County
does not warrant title.
The motion was seconded by Commission old Anderson and -the resolution
was adopted by the following vote:

AND WHEREAS, the County Commissioners of the County of Weld did elect to sell said property as provided by law, and
did cause notice of sale at public auction of such real property to be advertised in two issues of Greeley Booster
a newspaper of general circulation in the said County of Weld; said newspaper notices having appeared one week apart and with-
in the thirty days as provided by law, and did post said notice in a public place in the county court house for at least thirty days
beforg, the date. of such sale and thereupon did offer such real property for sale at public auction on the .__.___--2_4th day
of ei7tel ier ,190' , in the County Commissioners Office, Court House, Greeley, Colorado, subject to
the exceptions and reservations hereinafter stated.
AND WHEREAS, Albert & Allan aenfro
has paid the sum of Thirty Six Dollars and Eighty/100 in full payment of said bid for said property, with said exceptions and reservations.
NOW, THEREFORE, WELD COUNTY, by Francis '1. Loustalet heretofore duly
appointed by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, as Commissioner to convey said real property and
to execute this deed, acting upon the direction of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County in executing this deed,
for and in consideration of the sum of Thirt.yL-_S1x.D_o1 1 r.S.._and—Eighty/Lap paid as aforesaid,
and by virtue of the statutes in such case made and provided, by these presents does grant, bargain and sell the following described
real property, to -wit:
Lots 18-19 Block 21 Nunn.
excepting therefrom the reservations in favor of the Union Pacific Railroad Company; and excepting therefrom the reservations
in the United States Patent and existing reservoir sites and irrigation ditches, if any, existing rights -of -way for public highways
and roads, and any and all existing easements or rights -of -way, however evidenced or acquired, and subject to existing leases; and
excepting therefrom all oil, gas and other minerals therein or thereunder, together with the right to prospect for and remove the same;
and all county owned structures, if any, on said property, and all property used for county purposes, situate, lying and being in the
County of Weld, State of Colorado, unto the said Albert & Allan Tfeilfro
(their) (her)- his heirs, and assigns, without any covenants of warranty whatsoever and subject to all the rights of redemption by
minors, insane persons or idiots as provided by law.
This deed is made pursuant to resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, duly made and
