WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and u
statements of those present, studied the request of the applicant and the recommendations of c r
the Department of Planning Services staff and all of the exhibits and evidence presented in this $�
matter and, having been fully informed, deems it advisable to approve said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Special Review Permit#650 be, and hereby is, vacated.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 27th day of April, A.D., 1998.

Upon receipt of the attached request to
revoke Special Review Permit #650, Bruce
Barker, County Attorney, agreed the notice
to surrounding property owners which is
normally mailed for Show Cause Hearings is
unnecessary. Therefore, no notices will be
mailed. Notice has already been published;
the Show Cause will be called and the Board's
decision on whether to vacate the Permit will
be made at that time.
