The Weld County Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday,April 21, at 1:30 p.m. for
the purpose of considering a policy stipulating the
circumstances under which PUD Ordinance 197 shall
apply. Approval of the request may create a vested
property right pursuant to Colorado Law.
