CANCEL COUNTY TAX SALE CERTIFICATE
NO. 322 OF 1963 TAX SALE:
WHEREAS, the County Treasurer, Charles 0. Bursiel, has requested
authorization to cancel County Tax Sale Certificate No. 322 of the 1963 tax
sale, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
believes it to be in the best interests of Weld County to cancel said Tax Sale
Certificate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the County Treasurer, Charles 0. Bursiel, be and he
is hereby authorized to cancel County Tax Sale Certificate No. 322 of the 1963
tax sale with the 1962 and 1963 taxes thereon for a parcel of land more particularly
described as the North 430.00 feet of the East 250.00 feet of the North Half of
the Northeast Quarter (N2NE4) of Section 27, Township 1 North, Range 68 West of
the 6th P. M.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:

Lear Sirs:
Request a resolution authorizing the County Treasurer to cancel
Co. Ctf. 1No.322 of the 1963 tarnicact.tbrxtkaxill sale with the 1962 and 1963 taxes
thereon on the following description:
N 430' of E 250' of N*NE4: Sec. 27-1-68
for the reason that this property was deeded to The Department of Highways,
and recorded in Book 1506 at Page 494 June 30, 1958- therefore should have not
been assessed for 1958 or since.
I also attach a voucher to reimburse Ctf. holder for the taxes
of 1958-1959-1960- and 1961 as this was an erroneous assessment and therefore
an erroneous tax sale.
And would like to have a warrant in the amount of $ 120.58 on
or before Nov. 10th as the interest due is figured only to Nov. 10th.
