OF THE WELD COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH;
WHEREAS, the term of Mrs. Charles L. Keirnes, Eaton, Colorado,
as a member of the Weld County Board of Health expires May 23, 1964, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Mrs. Charles L. Keirnes
be reappointed for a term of five years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, do hereby appoint Mrs. Charles L.
Keirnes as a member of the Weld County Board of Health for a term of
five years, beginning May 23, 1964 and endino May 23, 1969.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote:

I would like to bring to your attention the fact
that Mrs. Charles L. Keirnes' term on the Weld County
Board of Health will expire on May 23, 1964.
I am sure that I express the feelings of the Board
and myself in asking that the County Commissioners
reappoint Mrs. Keirnes for another five year term.
I am sure that Mrs. Keirnes will continue to be a
great asset to the Weld County Health Department.
