HomeMy WebLinkAbout951927.tiffRESOLUTION RE: APPROVE CORPORATE REPORT OF CHANGES TO TAVERN LIQUOR LICENSE, WITH EXTENDED HOURS, FOR LUCKY STAR CORPORATION, DBA LUCKY STAR BAR AND GRILL, AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Lucky Star Corporation, dba Lucky Star Bar and Grill, holder of a Tavern Liquor License, with extended hours, in Weld County, Colorado, has presented the Board with a Corporate Report of Changes, and WHEREAS, said corporate change is as follows: Hadi Tehranian replaces Michael Branand as President, Mahmoud Tehranian replaces Michael Branand as Vice -President, and Fatemeh Sohrabi replaces Michael Branand as Treasurer, and WHEREAS, after study and review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said corporate report of changes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Corporate Report of Changes submitted by Lucky Star Corporation, dba Lucky Star Bar and Grill, be, and hereby is, approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is, authorized to sign said report.
