Sheet titled Adminstration wet/preaction 1. Wet system Material 'I'he change to a wet system necessitated the addition of two (2) wet risers. A change in the size of the system header, 2 control valves, 2 tamper switches, 2 drain valves and drains, 2 gauges with SOG valves, 2 flow switches (wiring not included), additional pipe, fittings and hanger equipment are all included. 2. ?reaction Material The 14 cells that are to remain preaction require a separate deluge valve. In the break down of the material you will note that I have only included the new material. For instance I did not charge or give credit for any sprinkler heads since we are using the same heads. The same is true for the deluge vlave, control valve, system header outlet, system drain, gauges, ect. Only the pipe, fittings and hanger equip- ment are additional. 3. ?reaction credit In the meeting on December 31, 1996 I stated a price of $8,800.00 could be used for my portion of the change order. That price included a credit for two (2) deluge valves. Since one (1) deluge valve must remain in the design then only one credit can be given. You will mite that the credit for the deluge valve and valve trim a)ong with other miscellaneous material was given. 1 02/01/1992 23:07 3442531 UNITED FIRE PROTECT PAGE 02 NI TED Fire I'rc tecti•:r Inc 303 366.8704 Fax 303 344.7531 15430 East Batavia Drive. kite H, Aurora, Colorado 80011 bit Additional fabrication, trucking, and engineering are costs I will incure and have included in the breakdown. Robles : Pricing • PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE IF ALL PAGES ARE NOT RECEIVED Gary, Please see the attached price for added detectors needed based on the letter dated 12/4/98 from Greeley Fire Dept. This price will be in addition to the price quote submitted on 11/7/96. Due to changes made, the professional engineer at BFPE, Perry Matthews, will need to stamp these drawings. . Of the 288 intelligent points 208 are being used to date including added detectors from Bley Associates and Greeley Fire Dept. This leaves 80 intelligent detector points for future use. Should more detector points be needed at any time a networkable control panel will have to be installed and then the total system capability would be 5000 total input/output points. The network unit could be housed in the existing enclosure and no additional wiring would need to be done however, certain components would need to be changed out. This may be done at such time as any addition is made i.e. Alt. 1. the additional cost may be figured into the bid for such an addition. Due to the continuing progress of this job, the above referenced price quote is valid for 10 days, is based on normal working hours, does not include rush freight charges, and may be withdrawn if not accepted within the fore mentioned amount of time. This price excludes any fireproofing that will need to be removed for pipe runs on steel, however, there should not be a need for this. Aliwest will not proceed with work until a written PO is issued. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns. Thanks Damian M. Robles Project Manager Vlt .J/ 1JJ, IL.
