RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO REGIONAL COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Regional Communications
Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that John Michaels, Carl Harvey, and Terry Joseph
be reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to reappoint John Michaels (Police Zone 1), Carl
Harvey (Police Zone 2), and Terry Joseph (Fire Zone C) to said board, with their terms to expire
December 31, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that John Michaels, Carl Harvey and Terry Joseph be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the Weld County Regional Communications Advisory Board, with their terms to
expire December 31, 1998.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 3rd day of January, A.D., 1996.
