We, the undersigned, Citizens and Freeholders of your County, respectfully represent that the
necessities of the public require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at

Thence Due north and along section lines4to the Northeast corner of sec-

described, and we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, in, consideration
of the sum of one dollar to us each and severally in hand paid by the said County of Weld, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby agree to give the right
of way through our lands as shown by the plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all claims for

Dear sir:—
Hr. Dennis sullivan has a letter from Mr. A. H.
Bell, in which he asks Mr. Sullivan to send aright of
way for a county road. along the West half of section thirteen
( 13 ) and the best half of section twenty three, township
two ( 2 ) north, range sixty seven ( 67 ) west in connection
with a rural free delivery route. Hr. Sullivan instructs me
-- - to say to-you -that -he will be' very glad to-execute a right
of way for the county road along these sections and if the
government has any forms of deeds giving the width of the
road required and other particulars he will be glad to
execute the same and ? shall he pleased if you will
communicate with me in regard to this matter and send me
a copy of such rules and regulations prescribed by the
government in. such matters.
