RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING VACATION OF PORTION OF EAST 18TH
STREET - CORRALES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a request to vacate a portion of East
18th Street from Antonio and Rosalia Corrales, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 20th day of July, 1998, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter due to an incorrect notice
date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
July 27, 1998, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 20th day of July, A.D., 1998.
