for O. K. Farms Compost - Weld County
Dear Ma. Chester:
We would like to request a 30-day extension. Due to excessive
rain in the last two weeks (excess of 6") , the final compaction of the
surface water retention structure could not be completed. The north-
west structure is complete. The north-east structure is 95% complete,
but needs dryer conditions to complete. Samples of nurm walls have
been tested for permeability.
Our Fly, Odor & Peet control Plan has been submitted and
approved.

Our Financial Assurance Plan has been submitted to the State
Health Department, as well as the re-design of the Surface Water
Drainage Plan. The surface drainage plan had to be re-designed due
to an error on the size of the site in the first plan.
Our Landscape Plan has been submitted to the Weld County
Planning Department.
A 30-clay extension would be appreciated in order to complete
the burm walls.
