RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO UTILITIES COORDINATING ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,vacancies currently exist on the Utilities Coordinating Advisory Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jerry Adams, Greeley Gas, and Alternate Jed
Reed, Greeley Gas, and Bill Gray, Public Service, and Alternate Gene Rempel, Public Service, be
reappointed to said committee, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Jerry Adams, Alternate Jed Reed, Bill
Gray, and Alternate Gene Rempel to said committee, with their terms to expire December 31, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Jerry Adams, Alternate Jed Reed, Bill Gray, and Alternate Gene Rempel be,
and hereby are, reappointed to the Utilities Coordinating Advisory Committee, with their terms to
expire December 31, 1998.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 15th day of January, A.D., 1996.
