SUP-386)
Dear Mr. Neserke:
Thank you for your letter of June 5, 1996. Department of Planning Services staff and Weld
County Department of Environmental Health reviewed your letter, and Case file Amended Sup-
386. Staff determined that the proposed disposal of waste rock from along Little Bear Creek at
the Coors Energy ash monofill near Keenesburg would be considered a material deviation from
the approved plans and standards. This will require an amendment to the existing special review
permit and Certificate of Designation prior to the proposed disposal taking place.
