Subject: Addition of 1220 sq. ft. storage structure onto existing USR-776, located in Section 33,
T2N, R67W of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado.
Dear Mr. Galluzzo:
The Department of Planning Services' staff reviewed your building permit application along with the
case file for USR-776. Staff determined that the addition of the proposed storage structure, as
indicated on the building permit application, will not be considered as a major change and therefor
will not require an amendment to the existing USR-776. A copy of your plot plan and this letter
shall be placed in the case file of USR-776 for future reference.
