RE: APPROVE ACCEPTANCE OF DEED OF DEDICATION AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO
SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Deed of Dedication between the
County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, on behalf of the Public Works Department, and Elmer Lundvall, 708 8th Street,
Greeley, Colorado 80631, with terms and conditions being as stated in said deed, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to accept said deed, a copy of
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Deed of Dedication between the County of Weld, State of
Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the
Public Works Department, and Elmer Lundvall be, and hereby is, accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said deed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 1st day of February, A.D., 1999.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that LUNDVALL, LLC, whose address is 708
8th Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631, Grantor, owner of the property in Weld County, Colorado,
which is described in the attached Exhibit"A,"hereby dedicates forever said property as Rights-of-
Way, to be used by the public and maintained by the County of Weld, a body corporate and politic
of the State of Colorado,pursuant to C.R.S. § 43-2-201(1)(a), for use as Public Rights-of-Way or

Colorado and being a strip of land One Hundred and Fifty feet(150) in width and being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the South Quarter Corner of said Section 20 and assuming the South line of
said SW 1/4 as bearing South 89°10'58" West a distance of 2700.26 feet with all other bearings
contained herein relative thereto:
THENCE South 89°10'58" West along said South line a distance of 75.01 feet;
THENCE North 01°38'43" West a distance of 267.14 feet to a Point of Curvature(PC);
THENCE along the Arc of a curve which is concave to the West a distance of 736.50 feet, whose
