The Weld County Public Works Department has reviewed this proposal; the following requirements are
recommended to be a part of any approval:
COMMENTS:
WCR 39 is designated on the Transportation Plan Map as a local gravel road which requires 60 feet of right-of-way.
This road is maintained by Weld County.
WCR 50.5 is designated on the Transportation Plan Map as a local gravel road which requires 60 feet of right-of-
way. This road is maintained by Weld County.
REQUIREMENTS:
The applicant will utilize the existing access to this parcel as no additional accesses will be granted. (Lot A)
Utilize the existing agricultural, oil and gas, and ditch roads that are necessary for your agricultural operation. No
additional accesses will be granted. (Lot B)
Sell at referral to the Town of LaSalle. The town limits are adjacent to the parcel.

Weld County Department of Planning Services
The Town of LaSalle in the past has had preliminary conversations
with the owners of this property regarding services and annexa-
tion. As we have no conflicts with the referral the Board would
like it known that if and when annexation requests are presented
to the Town of LaSalle by the larger parcel, the smaller parcel
should also be annexed if it hasn' t already happened. The Town
does not want to create a non annexed island of the small tract .
