THAT CERTAIN GRAVEL EASEMENT RECORDED IN BOOK 1143, PAGE 300, TO
LILLIAN CARTER:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners,
Weld County, Colorado, authorize the Chairman to sign a Quit Claim Deed
reverting all of their right, title and interest in and to an easement
or right of way to remove all gravel, sand and road -making and build-
ing material acquired by instrument dated October 27, 1944, and
recorded November 1, 1944, at Book 1143, Page 300, of the Weld County
records, as the same applies to the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Section
Four (4), Township Ten (10) North, Range Sixty-one (61) West of the
Sixth Principal Meriden, to Lillian Carter, formerly and being one
and the same identical person as Lillian Antholz.
The above and foregoing res)lution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote:
