RE: APPROVE SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN -
RACHEL ANTUNA
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute arid the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Subordination Agreement between
the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, on behalf of the Weld County Housing Authority, and Rachel Antuna, with terms
and conditions being as stated in said subordination request, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said subordination
agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, ex-officio Housing Authority Board, that the Subordination Agreement
between the Count'/ of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Weld County Housing Authority, and Rachel
Antuna be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said subordination agreement.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 24th day of May, A.D., 1999.

RE: Request For Subordination Of Lien Held By Weld County, Colorado— Deed of
Trust Recorded June 17, 1993
To Whom It May Concern:
The purpose of this letter is to request that the Weld County Housing Authority,
Weld County, Colorado approve the subordination of its lien recorded June 17, 1993
against my property located at 3505 Myrtle Street, Evans, Colorado 80620, in order to
facilitate my refinance of an existing first mortgage on my residence. The purpose of my
efforts to refinance the existing mortgage is to obtain a reduction in the interest rate and
payments required by that existing mortgage.
It is my understanding that when Weld County agrees to subordinate its lien, no
regular monthly payments will be required, but that the outstanding balance of the
obligation to Weld County will be repaid when my house is either sold or at the time of my
death. I acknowledge that the lien will remain an obligation to Weld County until such
time as the obligation is paid in full.
