On behalf of the CAPP Pool and the CTSI Loss Prevention Department, I would like to express
our gratitude for your willingness in presenting to the CAPP members the training workshops
pertaining to Personnel Issues.
I believe that the information that you communicated to the participants will be of great benefit.
As you are aware it is extremely important to continually educate the county employees as to the
most current developments in this fast changing area.
We appreciate the commitment of the counties and their staffs to assist the pool members in areas
