Dear Bruce:
This October, TCI of Colorado will convert to a new billing system. CSG is a PC based
billing system that will allow greater flexibility to meet the needs of our customers and
the demands of our business.
Our customers will receive their new statements beginning in November. I have enclosed
a copy of the insert explaining the new billing statement that will be enclosed with the
November mailing.
We are excited about the CSG billing system, but we are aware that any software
conversion may cause some temporary disruption. The management team at TCI of
Colorado is committed to making this conversion work in a manner that minimizes the
impact on our customers and employees. However, your office may still receive phone
calls from citizens with questions about their new bills. Please feel free to forward those
calls to our customer service center at 930-2000.
I believe that both you and our customers will see the benefits of the new CSG billing
system. If you have questions in the meantime about this or any other matter, please feel
free to call me at 603-5011.
