Gentlemen:
I represent Mr. James A. Ord of 1911 - 15th Street, Greeley, Colorado.
This letter is to confirm my telephone conference with Lu Flack on Friday,
April 2, 1965, wherein I advised the Board of County Commissioners that
the application for rezoning of a parcel in the NW 1/4 of Section 13, Town-
ship 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, from
R -Residential to B-BusirEss heretofore submitted by Mr. Ord and which
hearing is now scheduled for April 21, 1965, is to be withdrawn and the
hearing cancelled. Under the circumstances, it will not be necessary to
proceed with further publication of this matter on April 9, 1965.
I would appreciate notification from your office advising me that the application
(z has been withdrawn and the hearing cancelled.

less to a point; thence south and parallel to the aaest line of

and parallel to the North line of said Section 13 a distance
of 430.26 feet to a point which is the centerline of 35th Avenue;
thence north along the west line of said Section 13 also being
the centerline of 35th ,;venue a distance of 1309.67 feet to the
point of beginning.
