RE: APPROVE CERTIFICATION OF INTENT TO PROCEED AND SPECIAL BRIDGE FUND,
BRIDGE PROJECT ESTIMATE, AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
BRIDGE #33/86A
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Certification of Intent to Proceed and a
Special Bridge Fund, Bridge Project Estimate, from the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and
through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Public Works
Department, and the Colorado Department of Transportation, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said certification and
estimate, copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Certification of Intent to Proceed and the Special Bridge Fund, Bridge
Project Estimate, from the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Public Works Department, and the Colorado
Department of Transportation be, and hereby are, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said certification and estimate.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 6th day of February, A.D., 1995.

The County of Weld hereby certifies to the Colorado

Structure Number WEL 033.0-086.0A , for which it received Special
Bridge Fund Account monies; and certifies that it has,or will have
62,800 (date), the required twenty percent local
matching funds. Attached is a design engineer's preliminary cost estimate
and a specific construction schedule, including a project start date and a
projected project completion date, pursuant to the State Department of
Highway's Procedural Directive Number 43.1, paragraph 5*.
