JOINT MOTION FOR SUBSTITUTION OF COUNSEL
Max A. Minnig, Jr., and the law firm of Max Minnig, Jr. & Associates, LLC, having
been duly authorized by Defendants K.N. Front Range Gathering and Panhandle
Eastern Pipeline Company, hereby enter their appearances as counsel for the said
Defendants. The Defendants have been advised that the law firm of King Minnig
Clexton & Feola, LLC is withdrawing from its representation of said Defendants in the
within matter and is requesting an Order of this Court granting said withdrawal.
Counsel represents that no continuances will be caused by the change of counsel.
