Bids were received for the referenced project on July 11, varying from $1,282,393.00 to
$1,136,136.63. The apparent low bidder was Les Matson Construction at the bid of $1,136,136.63.
We have worked with Matson Construction in the past and feel he is capable of doing the project,
therefore; we are recommending the project be awarded to Les Matson Construction.
