Hearing conducted on August 27, 1997: 1) Site Specific Development Plan and
Special Review Permit #1154, which is an amendment to SUP -68, and SUP -
105, to expand an existing Livestock Confinement Operation from 12,000 cattle
to 20,000 cattle, English Feedlots, Inc., c/o Patty DePlazes, Eastern Plains
Environmental Service
1) Read Ordinances #89-HH and 173-E by tape
