RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT AND APPOINTMENT TO WELD COUNTY
COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Community Corrections
Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Michael Guthrie, law enforcement
representative, be reappointed and that Kathy Dean, at-large member, be appointed to said
board to replace Barbara Anderson, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Michael Guthrie and to appoint
Kathy Dean to said board, with their terms to expire August 1, 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Michael Guthrie be, and hereby is, reappointed and that Kathy
Dean be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld County Community Corrections Board, with their
terms to expire August 1, 1999.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 4th day of September, A.D., 1996.
