("Paxson"),' licensee of commercial television station KPXC-TV,' Denver, Colorado, by its attorneys, hereby seeks to withdraw, without prejudice, the must-carry complaint Paxson filed against Fanch Communications, Inc. ("Fanch") on January 23, 1998. Paxson has been informed that, subsequent to the filing of the complaint, Fanch commenced carriage of the signal of KPXC-TV on its cable systems serving various communities in Arapahoe, Jefferson, Larimer, Park, and Weld counties, and the surrounding areas (the "cable communities").3 Paxson Denver License, Inc. is a subsidiary of Paxson Communciations Corporation. Both entities will be referred to as "Paxson."
