Unfortunately, a culvert crossing Crow Creek on road 94 needs to be replaced to allow access to the property. It is my understanding that this culvert has been out since 1965. As you can see from the enclosed papers that this is a designated county road and as of right now the only access to the land is through a neighbors yard and his good graces. I am requesting that the county fix the culvert so that I have access. Thank you for your time and consideration of this matter. If you have any questions please contact me at 785-2227 days or 785-2525 evenings. Sincerely, John A. Rupple P. 0.
