The parcel of land is described as part of the SW4 of Section 27,Ti N, R68W of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado. The location of the parcel of land for which this application has been submitted is east of and
adjacent to Weld County Road 7; south of Weld County Road 6; west of 1-25.
