At the probable cause hearing scheduled on November 5, 1997, it was determined that probable cause existed
to show the site has been inactive and the Board of County Commissioners deemed it advisable to grant an
extension of one year to the applicant to begin work on the site. Work has commenced on the site to the extent
that gravel mining is occurring.
