BURSIEL. TREASURER F. M. LOUSTALET, DEPUTY COUNTY TREASURER BoX 458 October 31, 1963. Board of Col'.nty Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado. Dear Sirs: Co. Ctf. # 231/59 Deed File # 2399 You have made signed application for a Treasurer's Deed to Weld County on S 8' Lot 2, All Lot 3, NiLot 4, Block * 3, Park, Windsor. This description eras sold in 1959 for the general taxes of 1958 and the taxes for 1959-1960-1961 and 1962 have been endorsed thereon. I think the Town of Windsor will pay $ 32.57 if the Treasurer can deed this to the Town. If the Board will give the Treasurer a letter to the effect that he may deed it to the Town, I think it aan be done on the advertising and notices we have already done to deed it to the County. In handling it this way we can revover 11.90 for 5 yearn taxes, $ h42 Interest and $4.05 Fees PLUS an expense we have incurred for an abstract tracer of $ 12.50 for a total of $ 32.57- ariyother way of handling this would be a total loss of this amount.
