THIS INDENTURE, Made this 16th day of November, 1988, between
NINTH DISTRICT PRODUCTION CREDIT ASSOCIATION, a corporation,
party of the first part, and JOHN WARDLAW, an unmarried man,
whose address is 1118 East 8th Street, Gree],ey, Colorado 80631,
party of the second part.
WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of $110,000.00 (One -hundred and
ten thousand and no/100th'a) DOLLARS, and other valuable
consideration to it in hand paid by the said party of the second
part, the receipt of which is hereby confessed and acknowledged,
