The following business was transacted:
I herebyxertify that pursuant toa notice dated May 31, 1995, and duly published June 15, 1-995,
in -the Windsor Beacon, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request iof Tri City
Ventures, LLC, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Minor Subdivision Final Plat. Lee
Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made thisa matter of record. -Mr. Morrison referred to the
letter from Arthur Uhrich, Nelson Engineers, representing the - applicant, explaining the June 20,
1995 Planning Commission -hearing was continued to July6, 1995, since there was nota quorum
present; therefore, it is not appropriate -to hear this case at this time. No public testimony was
offeredtoncerning this matter. Commissioner Kirkmeyer moved to continue this matter to July 10,
199I,at 10:D0a.m. Secondedty Commissioner Harbert, the motionoarried unanimously.
