On November 24, 1998 your associate, Gabe Vidal, made a request to the Board of County
Commissioners for the approval of a Minor Resubdivision for the vacation of part of a road and an
alley in the Evans Subdivision in Weld County. As I explained to you on Friday, December 4, this
request will require the completion of a formal application with the Weld County Department of
Planning Services, and must also be heard before the Board of County Commissioners at a public
hearing. As you have indicated, you will be arriving at the Department of Planning Services' Office
sometime during the week of December 7 to discuss this matter with a member of the Planning
Staff.
