COLORADO TO: Board of County Commissioners October 16, 1997 FROM: Department of Planning Services SUBJECT: Legal Action Authorization The Department of Planning Services has scheduled the following violations to be considered at the November 18, 1997 hearing beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Department of Planning Services is requesting that the Board review the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize legal action to remedy the violations. Permit is over 180 days old The Department of Planning also recommends that the County Attorney be authorized to proceed with legal action against any other persons occupying the properties, any persons claiming an interest in the properties, and any persons acting in active concert with the identified parties.
