RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE FOUR GRANTS OF EASEMENTS AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN - WELD COUNTY ROADS 62 AND 64 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with four Grants of Easements between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, and the Greeley-Weld County Airport Authority, with terms and conditions being as stated in said easements, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said easements, copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the four Grants of Easements between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, and the Greeley-Weld County Airport Authority be, and hereby is, approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized to sign said easements. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of March, A.D., 1998. It is my understanding that Dale Hall is the Chair this year for the Airport Authority Board. Please ask Dale to bring the Grants of Easements back to the Commissioner's Office so that he may sign them at the same time that Connie Harbert, Chair for the Board of County Commissioners, signs on behalf of Weld County. The necessity of having the Grants of Easements signed at the same time is so that we can use the single acknowledgment under both signatures. Please mention to Isbill Associates, Inc., that the new P.U.D. plat should show all of the cul-de-sacs. I would also like to see the cul-de-sacs dedicated on the plat using the easement dedication language which is included in Weld County's new P.U.D. Ordinance.
