RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER CONSTANCE L. HARBERT AS
MEMBER AND COMMISSIONER W. H. WEBSTER AS ALTERNATE TO THE WELD
COUNTY CRIMINAL JUSTICE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Commissioner Constance L. Harbert be
appointed to represent the Board of County Commissioners on the Weld County Criminal
Justice Advisory Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Commissioner W. H. Webster be appointed
as alternate on said committee, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Commissioner Constance L.
Harbert as member and Commissioner W. H. Webster as alternate to said committee, with their
terms to expire December 31, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Commissioners Constance L. Harbert and W. H. Webster be, and
hereby are, appointed to the Weld County Criminal Justice Advisory Committee, with their
terms to expire December 31, 1998.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 5th day of January, A.D., 1998, nunc pro tunc January 1, 1998.
