Approval of minutes of June 18, 1997
1) Reading of Emergency Ordinance No. 196 by tape
Hearings conducted on June 18, 1997: 1) Change of Zone #506 from
A (Agricultural) to E (Estate) for a five -lot Minor Subdivision, Tom Francis /
Hillcrest Estates (Planner Eastin); and 2) Special Review Permit #1146 for
a commercial use (concrete cutting business with five employees and
storage for trucks and trailers) located in the A (Agricultural) Zone District,
Laurel Johnson (Planner Keithley)
(Each individual is allowed a three -minute period of time in which to address the Board of County
Commissioners on topics which are not on the Board's agenda. Please be aware that the Board may
not be able to address your topic today. If the Board is unable to do so, the matter will either be referred
