A PARCEL OF LAND IN SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 4 NORTH, RANGE 67 WEST,
CONTAINING 2.25 ACRES, MORE OR LESS:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Chairman of the Board be and he is
hereby authorized to sign Quit Claim Deed conveying to Irene Lavonne
Chesnut a parcel of land in Section 13, Township 4 North, Range 67
West, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at a point 1434 ft. South of the Northwest corner
of Section 13, Township 4 North, Range 67 West, said point
being on the west section line of said section. Thence South
86°53' East 30.5ft.: thence South 82°36'East 371 ft.- thence
North 78° 28' East 173 ft.: thence South 5° 28' West 22(' ft.:
thence South 80° 19' East 270 ft.: thence North 3° 52' East
274 ft.: thence North 78°, 4' West 200 ft.: thence South 73°
47' West 70 ft.- thence South 78° 28' 174 ft.: thence North
82° 36' West 404 ft.: more or less, to a point on the west line
of said Section 13, Township 4 North, Range 67 West, Approximately
30 ft., North of point of beginning, said tract of land containing
2.25 acres, more or less.
Reference is hereby made to the Weld County Clerk and Recorders
records, Book /- / at page /4/ .
The above and foregoing resolution was, duly made and seconded

QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS DEED, Made this Sixth day of March, in the year of our
Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixty-two, between WELD COUNTY,
a municipal corporation and a political subdivision of the State
of Colorado, by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, for its respec-
tive interests, of the COUNTY OF WELD, and the STATE OF COLORADO,
of the first part, and IRENE LAVONNE CHESNUT, of the COUNTY OF WELD,
and STATE OF COLORADO, of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, and in con-
sideration of the sum of other valuable considerations and ten
dollars, to the said party of the first part in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed
and acknowledged, has remised, released, sold, conveyed and QUIT
CLAIMED, and by these presents does remise, release, sell, convey and
QUIT CLAIM unto the said party of the second part, all the right,
title, interest, claim and demand which the said party of the first
part has in and to the following described real estate situate, lying
and being in the County of Weld and State of Colorado, to -wit:
Beginning at a point 1434 ft. south of the northwest corner
of section 13, township 4 north, range 67 west, said point
being on the west section line of said section. Thence south
86 degrees 53' east 30.5 ft., thence south 82 degrees, 36'
east 371 ft., thence north 76 degrees, 28' east 173 ft., thence
south 5 degrees, 28' west 220 ft., thence south 80 degrees, 19'
east 270 ft., thence north 3 degrees, 52' east 274 ft., thence
north 78 degrees, 4' west 200 ft., thence south 73 degrees 47'
west 70 ft., thence south 78 degrees, 28' west 174 ft., thence
north 82 degrees, 36' west 404 ft. more or less, to a point on
the west line of said section 13, township 4 north, range 67
west, approximately 30 ft., north of point cf beginning, said
tract of land containing 2.25 acres more or less.
To Have and To Hold the same, together with all and singular the
appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or in anywise there-
unto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and
claim whatsoever, of the said party of the first part, either in law
or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said
party of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever.
SIGNED AND DELIVERED this Sixth day of March, A.D. 1962, by WELD
COUNTY, a municipal corporation and a political subdivision of the
STATE OF COLORADO by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, for its re-
spective interests.
