DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHTS -OF -WAY
RANCH EGGS, INC. SUBDIVISION:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby approve the dedication of perpetual rights -of -way
over the public roads, streets, highways, easements in behalf of the public, in
the Ranch Eggs, Inc., Subdivision, being a tract of land in the Ni of the NEf
of Section 33, Township 1 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P. M., more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the NE corner of the N -j of the N 1 of said Section
33; thence South along the east line of the N of the NEf of
said Sec. 33 a distance of 1,328.79' to the SE corner of the
Nk of the NEj of said Sec. 33; thence S 89°40'47" W along the
Sly line of the Ni of the NEf of said Sec. 33 a distance of
2,486.49' to the intersection of said Sly line with the Ely
right-of-way line of the Community Ditch; thence along the Ely
right-of-way line of the Community Ditch, as constructed,
N 45°55'08" E 340.19'; thence N 67°51'08" E 84.85'; thence
N 89°31'08" E 191.38'; thence N 78°55'08" E 181.90'; thence
N 61°43'08" E 429.42' to the intersection of said Ely right-
of-way of the Community Ditch with the Nly line of the N*of the
NEf of said Sec. 33; thence N 89°40'08" E along the Nly line
of the Nj- of the NEj of said Sec. 33 a distance of 1,062.26' to
the point of beginning;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado that the accompanying plat is approved for filing, and the
public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are accepted, provided,
however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance of streets,
roads and rights -of -way until they have been constructed by the subdivider
according to specifications and accepted by the County.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
