The above listed 3.2% beer license expired October 8, 1997. Numerous attempts were made to
contact the licensees at the telephone number on record the month prior to the expiration date.
Please be advised that the sale and possession of 3.2% beer at this establishment is prohibited
until all required licenses have been obtained. Colorado state statute C.R.S.12-47-302 allows for
a ninety (90) -day grace period for renewal of liquor licenses only upon payment of a nonrefundable
late fee of $500 each to the State and the County; however this grace period does not apply to
3.2% beer licenses.
