The County of Weld, Colorado, hereafter called the Party of the
First Part, agrees to employ ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
to perform the following described personal services for the Party
of the First Part, pursuant to the proposal dated October 20, 1999,
including:
A PROPOSAL FOR CONDUCTING A STUDY
OF THE
WELD COUNTY CLERK AND RECORDER'S OFFICE
COUNTY OF WELD, STATE OF COLORADO
October 20, 1999
For said services the Party of the First Part agrees to pay
ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SERVICES THE TOTAL SUM OF
Eighteen thousand four hundred dollars ($18,400. 00) , plus the cost
of expenses for lodging, travel, and meals estimated at $1, 560, for
a total not to exceed $19,960 payable monthly as work progresses.
In consideration of said payments and compensation, ORGANIZATIONAL
DEVELOPMENT SERVICES agrees to perform said services and work and
carry out the provisions of this contract in a good and workmanlike
manner.
All fees subject to revision if not accepted within 30 days after
the date on the attached proposal.
