To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado:

Gentlemen:
We, the undersigned, Citizens and Freeholders of your County, residing within two (2) miles of
the road herein sought to be laid out, respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County
wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at
Commencing at the N. F. Corner of section 27 , Tp . 8'` . , R . 65 West,
running thence due South two miles between sections 26 and 27 and 34 and
35 to the S . F. Corner of section 34 same Tp. and Range. The center of
the road to he the section line .
Commencing again at the S. W. Corner of section 27 , Tp. 8N. , R . 65
West, running thence due East Two miles between sections 27 and 34 and
26 and 35 to the S. F. Corner of section 26 , same Township and Range .
The center of said road to be the section line .
For further reference see plat hereto attached which is made a part
of this petition.
