Dear Mr. Baxter,
I have been instructed by the Mayor and Board of Trustees to
write you this letter in concern of the Road and Bridge Contract
that the Town of Grover has with you.
It is with our understanding that this contract was made with
the previous Board and was agreed that your firm was to take
care of our roads in return for the water and two sewer taps
to be paid by the Town of Grover .
We do not feel that you are upholding your end of the contract.
As you can see your are to be grading our Roads and to date
you have not been fulfilling your end of the contract .
In failing to do so we are considering terminating the contract
we have with you.
We would like to have a response on this matter as soon as
possible.

Dear Ms. Hayes:
I am responding to your concerns regarding the Town of Grover's agreement with Weld County
for grading and snow removal.
After consulting with representatives from the Public Works Department, I find that in the past,
maintenance was performed upon request from the town.
If you would like to set up a maintenance schedule, it will not be a problem. I understand that
Scott Schreiber, Motorgrader Supervisor, met with you regarding the issue.
If you have further questions or problems, don't hesitate to give me or Dave Becker, Public
Works Operations Director, a call at (970)356-4000, EXT. 3750.
